Hi again
When I was a child, my Mum used to let me make Chocolate Australian Crunchies, they are really easy to make and they taste great. If you have kids and its raining outside and they're driving you insane, why not let them while away a bit of time making these, it might give you a little bit peace for a while - come to think of it, my Mum was very keen for me to make them, now I know why.

COCONUT TART, A FAVOURITE FOR ALL THE FAMILY
Hi everyone,
I thought I would show you this recipe my aunt showed me. She used this recipe in a bakery in the 1950's and it is to good, it would be mean of me to keep it to myself.
